ORDERS
At the moment, we are experiencing an unusually high volume of inquiries, and our dedicated team is putting forth their best efforts to respond to everyone promptly. Typically, you can expect a reply within 1-2 days, but currently, our response times may extend up to 5 business days. We understand that this delay can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time!

We offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $200! Unless you are processing an exchange, $12.00 is deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For your convenience, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order's journey. Once processed, your order is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your shipping address. All orders ship from our warehouse in New York.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to update your shipping address or notice an error, please email hello@goldietees.com immediately. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once an order has been placed.
Need to return or exchange an item after delivery? You can easily start a return or exchange through our Returns Portal.

If your order has been processed, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange here once you receive your order. Goldie LeWinter offers free exchanges and free standard shipping on all orders within the US over $200.

No need to worry! Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We suggest you double-check your order confirmation to verify that the shipping address is accurate. Additionally, it might be helpful to check with your neighbors to see if they inadvertently received your package. If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States. For U.S. orders under $200, we offer $11.95 flat-rate shipping. Orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays & weekends. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped. For any questions you may have regarding shipping, please contact us at hello@goldietees.com. We got you.
We do Not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address.
We ship exclusively with FedEx. Because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, all orders must be shipped to a valid street address. Orders placed with a P.O. Box may be delayed or canceled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can easily start a return or exchange through our Returns Portal.
Simply sign in using the same email address you used to place your order. You’ll be able to view your eligible orders and choose one of the following options:
- Exchange for another size or color
- Exchange for a different item
- Refund to your original payment method
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For refunds, a $12 prepaid return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always free.
We do not offer free returns. If you choose to return an eligible item, a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, exchange, or store credit. The fee covers the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.
Yes! You will be able to return/exchange items purchased with the welcome code.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it can take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed by Goldie LeWinter. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
All items marked "Final Sale", are ineligible for return. Exceptions will not be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. Our Customer Care team is delighted to assist you with any inquiries you might have regarding a style before making your purchase. We recognize that buying final sale items online can sometimes be a bit challenging.
If your package arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, for example, the box is wet, torn, etc. you may file a claim immediately. Please remember to include pictures of the item(s) and packaging. Damaged claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.
We currently do not offer international returns.
When you purchase 3 or more items marked for this special promotion, you’ll receive an extra discount. You’re welcome to return items from this discounted order; however, please take note: if you return fewer than 3 items, the remaining items will no longer be eligible for the discount and will revert to their full price. SUSTAINABILITY
Organic Cotton consumes 87% less water compared to traditionally grown cotton and produces 45% fewer greenhouse gas emissions. Conventional cotton farming is widely recognized for its heavy pesticide use, which is the highest among all crops globally. Unfortunately, this reliance on chemicals results in the hospitalization of nearly 1 million farmworkers annually. By choosing Organic Cotton, we prioritize the safety of both the individuals we collaborate with and the products we offer. It’s a healthier choice for you and a more sustainable option for the planet.
Low-impact dyes are recognized for being more environmentally friendly since they avoid the use of toxic chemicals. They also possess a higher absorption rate, allowing for reduced water consumption. In contrast, conventional clothing production employs over 8,000 synthetic chemicals, many of which are recognized as carcinogenic and harmful to our health. We stand by the belief that what comes into contact with your skin is important.
All of our products are manufactured in Peru, where we collaborate with factories that prioritize social and environmental responsibility.
While our factories do not hold official certifications, they adhere to fair trade standards. Maintaining ethical manufacturing practices is a key focus for us.
Online orders are shipped using recycled paper mailers and boxes that are recyclable and made in the United States. Your garment will arrive in a recyclable polybag. We do not ship any branded materials other than the paper order confirmation slip in order to reduce our single-use waste.
Not many people think of this, but polyester thread is very common as it is cheap and durable. We make sure to use cotton thread whenever possible and hope to use organic cotton thread in the near future.
Yes, no animals were harmed here! We use natural, plant-based fabrics.
Yes. As a team, we try our best to reduce our environmental footprint. We opt for eco-friendly office supplies and avoid plastic whenever possible.

Have you ever noticed that Goldie LeWinter styles with the same name can look different? This is quite common because dye interacts with each fabric uniquely. Our fabrics possess distinct characteristics—such as base color, material content, weight, and knitting technique—which means they each absorb dye in their own specific manner. For instance, a fabric with a more natural-colored base will yield a different shade compared to one with a pure white base. Furthermore, no production run is identical; even minor variations can affect how fabric absorbs dye, leading to slight differences in shade. Each fabric requires a distinct dye formulation to achieve the same color tone, and some variation is to be anticipated. For example, the Rose dye formula for Organic Terry is different from that used for Organic Stretch. To maintain color consistency across dye batches, our factories ensure that the total weight of the batch and the dye-to-garment weight ratio are uniform. Water temperatures are also consistently maintained between 140-160°F. To minimize any color discrepancies in your purchase, we recommend selecting a set made from the same fabric. We strive to collaborate closely with our factories to restock products as efficiently as possible. Our goal is to keep our classic colors available year-round; however, new colors introduced each season may not always be restocked. As a sustainable brand with a small team, we prioritize quality over quantity—ensuring we uphold our ethical supply chain and clean material standards is our top commitment, and we will never compromise these principles for rapid mass production.
